PokeResort Criminal Code



Macros & External Assistance

  1. The use of macros, auto-clickers, or other methods of automation (scripts, bots, etc) is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers.
  2. The use of x-ray resource packs, PokeRadar, GameShark or other external assistance is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers. Any mod, tool or add-on that gives you an unfair advantage over other players is considered external assistance.
  3. The use of modified or cracked game clients is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers.



Account Sharing & Alt Accounts

  1. Accounts may be shared between users for normal gameplay purposes, to a reasonable extent. Account sharing with the intent of exploiting or gaining an unfair advantage over other players is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers.
  2. The use of alt accounts is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers. Any attempt to obtain additional rewards, bypass account limits or gain an unfair advantage over other players will result in action being taken against all accounts involved. Certain exceptions apply, such as multiple family members playing in the same household. If you believe an exception should be made, please contact PokeResort staff in advance. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Any punishment issued on PokeResort game servers is applied to BOTH the player and the account. By allowing someone else to access your account, you assume full responsibility for their actions and will inherit any active or previous punishments.



User Etiquette

  1. Attempting to scam or mislead other players is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers. This includes attempting to sell or trade fake items or Pokémon via trade machines, SafeTrade, GTS, or any other relevant methods.
  2. Attempting to create any fake currency, items, or Pokémon, such as renamed badges, tripwire hooks, or photos of Pokémon, is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers.
  3. The use of casinos and other games of chance is permitted if the exact odds are accurately displayed and explained to other players. Attempting to run a casino or game of chance without accurately displaying and explaining the exact odds, or attempting to modify the odds without notifying players, is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers.
  4. The personal space of other players must be respected at all times. Attempting to enter the claim of another player despite their disapproval, or attempting to claim, build, or set a teleport too close to another player without their approval is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers. Any dispute between players will be assessed and enforced by PokeResort staff on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Attempting to impersonate staff or figures of authority, whether in public or private, is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers.
  6. Respect the decisions of the staff team. Repeatedly undermining, JAQing/sealioning, or harassing the mod staff falls under rule #1.



Ban & Mute Evasion

  1. While banned on PokeResort game servers, the ban is applied to BOTH you and your account. Attempting to evade a ban by playing on another account, playing from another IP or spoofing your IP using a VPN or similar is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers.
  2. While muted on PokeResort game servers, the mute is applied to BOTH you and your account. Attempting to evade a mute by playing on another account or using alternative forms of in-game communication is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers. This includes attempting to communicate with other players via signs, mail, GTS, or any other relevant methods.



Currency & RWT

  1. Virtual items and currency on the PokeResort game servers carry no monetary value. Virtual items and currency cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any physical or virtual currency, goods or other items of monetary value from PokeResort or any third-party.
  2. Real world trading (RWT) is permitted if the exchange remains within the PokeResort store & game servers. Real world trading (RWT) for any items or currency outside of the PokeResort store & game servers (PayPal money, items or currency from other games, etc), whether in public or private, is NOT permitted. We reserve the right to restrict, reverse or revoke any RWT with no further entitlement to compensation or reimbursement. By participating in any RWT, you assume full responsibility for the actions of all parties involved in the trade, including any chargeback or reverse payment attempt.
  3. Advertising or discussing RWT in any public channel is NOT permitted on PokeResort game servers. Briefly advertising RWT in the #market channels of our official Discord server is permitted, but any extended discussion must be moved to private messages immediately.
